It is true that at times counseling can be difficult, but with the right therapist, meeting your goals can feel as comfortable as chatting over a cup of coffee or tea. As an eclectic and integrative therapist, I pull from myriad modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, Adlerian Theory, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems and existential techniques, among many others, to help you meet your goals.

Maybe you will cry, maybe you will laugh, but once engaged in the process, you will make progress.

 Ultimately, it is the collaboration that will provide the footing for each “next step”.
